1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot, julienned
½ onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz chow mein noodles (or yakisoba, cooked per package)
For the Sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
