Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  4. Layer ingredients – Arrange half of the potatoes in the dish, top with beef & onion, then pour half of the sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Add cheese – Sprinkle cheddar evenly over the top.
  6. Prepare topping – Mix breadcrumbs & melted butter, sprinkle over cheese.
  7. Bake – Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes until golden & bubbly.
